Life Coaching

I offer life coaching via e-mail and over the phone or Skype. The whole process generally consists of several hours of e-mails exchanges or phone sessions – but there’s no rush. Unlike in psychotherapy, I like to be goal directed in this, but we can take as long as you need.

The goal of life coaching is to clarify what is bothering you about where you are in life, what your goals are, what realistic expectations you can set and what is preventing you from achieving these goals. At the very least, you will leave these sessions with an increased clarity of mind and an increased openness to the opportunities around you. Better yet, you’ll find the inspiration and motivation to make a change – if it turns out that is what you really want.

Unlike face to face therapy, this is not intended for people who are in severe distress and who need ‘deep’ psychotherapy. Life Coaching is for generally high functioning people who are stuck. It is not intended to be an endless series of sessions – while the present is always informed by the past, our goal is to focus on the here and now and find real life solutions to your problems.

Here’s how to get started:

1) E-mail me.

2) Tell me something about yourself and what you’re looking for. Let me know if you’d prefer communicating by e-mail, phone or Skype.

3) I’ll get back to you by e-mail to tell you if I believe Life Coaching is suitable for you, and to arrange the first session.
